Here’s how it works

In just a few steps, you can prepare your files for us to process. Once we’re done, download your tax return, print, sign and send it to the authorities.

1. Sign up
Answer a few questions about your situation to receive your price.
2. Get your invitation
After completing the questions, you will receive an invitation to our cloud.
3. Collect your files
Use our Checklist to collect all the necessary files to fill out your tax return.
4. Upload your files
Scan or photograph your files and upload them to our cloud, we will process your case within 5 business days.
5. Download your return
We notify you, once your return is ready to be downloaded.
6. Print it
Print your return and check if everything is correct.
7. Sign it
Sign the printed tax return.
8. Send it
Send the tax return together with the attachments to the authorities.

PS: We process your case via mail without the need to scan or print, if you would prefer that, contact us directly.

We have created a checklist for all the relevant documentation we might need to process your tax return. You can download it here.

2. Collect your Documents

With the checklist, collect your documents. If you are unsure whether something is relevant, don’t worry, all unnecessary documentation will be returned to you. If you need help, don’t hesitate to contact us.

3. Deliver the Documents

There are three ways to deliver the documents to us for processing. You can scan them and send them to us via E-mail. You can also send them via post or drop them off at our Zurich office.

4. Sign it

We will process your tax return and prepare the documents that you need to attach. You will receive one copy for the authorities and one for your files. Sign the original on the indicated pages.

5. Send it

Once the tax return is signed, all that is left now is to send it to the tax authorities. We will put the necessary stamps on the return envelope. Drop it off at the nearest mailbox and you’re done.

Here’s what it costs

With our new pricing model, we can give you a fixed price depending on your circumstances. In special cases we charge hourly, but feel free to sign up anyway and get a quote on how much time we are expecting for processing.

Our basic price for a simple tax return:

 

● single, without kids

● up to 5 bank accounts

● no real estate

● only one job

● own your home in Switzerland + CHF 49*

● have 6 or more bank accounts + CHF 19*

● have more than one job + CHF 19*

 

For special cases such as:

● an inheritance in the tax period

● self-employment

● more than one property or real estate abroad

we charge hourly rates.

*all prices are incl. VAT and based on the assumtion that the delivered files are complete. In case of incomplete or incorrect documentation additional costs can occur.
