This package offers everything you need for compliant salary administration.

Static Data Setup
All processing is dependent on correct and complete static data. We compile this data for your company and each of your employees.

Monthly Salary Slips
All your employees receive monthly salary slips. These salary slips include all relevant information for that month’s salary run.

Monthly Payments
We create monthly payment orders. The payment information is either sentto you via Email or submitted to your E-banking portal.

Social Security Reporting
At the end of the year we report your company’s annual salary information to all relevant social security institutions (e.g. AHV, BVG)

Annual Salary Certificates
We provide you with Swiss tax-compliant salary certificates for each of your employees annually.

Handover to Accounting
In agreed upon intervals, we will transfer the relevant payroll booking information to your financial accounting.
